Do your prices include shipping costs within the UK?

Yes, all of the prices on our website include shipping costs within the UK with the exception of furniture and larger items in which case, items are free to collect from SE18, London or delivery can be arranged upon request. For smalls including art, decor and small pieces of furniture, there are no additional charges for delivery—what you see is what you pay. We aim to provide a simple and transparent shopping experience, so you can shop with confidence knowing that your order’s shipping cost is already included in the price.

Do you offer a delivery service within the UK?

All larger products namely furniture are set up on our website as optional delivery or free collection from SE18, London. The delivery fees are based on distance from SE18 starting from £30. Please get in touch directly with your postcode for a no obligation delivery quote.

Should you wish to purchase multiple items through our site, please get in touch directly for a bulk delivery fee. Alternatively, we can recommend several courier companies should you wish to organise collection yourself.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs are priced based on weight (-1kg, 1-2kg, 2-5kg, 5-10kg). For international shipping inquiries above 10kg, please reach out to us for a courier quote. Please be aware that we do not accept returns on items shipped outside the UK, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Currently, we operate exclusively online, but we also participate in various pop-ups and markets throughout the year. You can find more information and upcoming event details on our socials.

Do you accept returns?

At present, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis. We make every effort to provide accurate measurements and clearly describe any imperfections or flaws. As all of our items are second-hand, some general wear and tear is to be expected. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Do you offer items for hire?

Yes, absolutely!

Our rental service is here to help you create the ideal temporary space, whether it's for an event, pop-up, or photoshoot.
